Aftercare

There might be after effects and these are normal reactions to treatments. The symptoms can be uncomfortable at the time and usually pass after 24 hours. Your body is working to remove toxins from your system and your treatment speeds up this process.
Typical after effects may include tiredness, muscular aches and pains, going to the toilet more often, changed sleep patterns and headaches. To make sure that you get the most from your treatment, you should follow the guidance below:

Drink plenty of water.  Massage helps your body remove toxins from your body. Drinking plenty of water helps this process.

Eat Light Meals. Avoid heavy, stodgy foods; they usually contain more toxins and are harder for your body to break down.

Relax. Try and rest as much as you can after a treatment, you should feel revitalised. Remember, no housework!!

Don’t sun bathe or use sun beds, it isn’t safe as your skin will burn easily due to the oils.

Reduce the use of: Caffeine, alcohol and tobacco, these are all toxins which your body is working to remove and they may disrupt sleep patterns.

I look forward to working with you. Taking this time out for  yourself is so important. Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions
